Objectives:

1.    Appreciate the renaissance of whole blood in the modern resuscitation of massively bleeding patients.
2.    Appreciate the serological safety of administering group O whole blood to non-O recipients.
3.    Understand some of the latest efficacy data following the administration of LTOWB.
