1.  To review the history of TRALI.
2.  To define the pathogenesis and risk factors.
3.  To comprehend the previous and current definitions of ARDS.
4.  To understand the Delphi method.
5.  To discuss the new proposed redefinition of TRALI.

Through a series of regular webinars, trainees and practitioners are exposed to various scientific, technical and clinical aspects of transfusion medicine.
