Objectives:

1.  To review the nuts and bolts of Knowledge Translation in healthcare.
2.  To discuss applications of KT in hot areas of Transfusion Medicine, including blood product utilization, transfusion premedication, and others.
3.  To brainstorm with TM trainees and audience about which knowledge-to-action gaps currently exist in Canada.

The series, organized by Canadian Blood Services is also open to all practitioners in the field of Transfusion Medicine. Through a series of regular webinars, trainees and practitioners are exposed to various scientific, technical and clinical aspects of transfusion medicine.
