This webinar will provide an immunoglobulin update for secondary hypogammaglobulinemia patients and will cover evidence from clinical trials. This webinar is supported by a grant from Grifols and the Canadian Hematology Society Scientific Planning Committee has planned it to achieve scientific integrity, objectivity and balance. The target audience of this webinar are hematologists and trainees.

Learning objectives

  • Discuss the evidence from clinical trials for IVIG and SCIG for patients with hematologic malignancies and secondary hypogammaglobulinemia
  • Estimate the cost of 1 year of IVIG or SCIG for the healthcare system
  • Understand the evidence gap to be addressed by the RATIONAL-PT and IRIS trials
