1. Review the pharmacology of commonly used antiplatelet medications
2. Discuss evidence-based hemostatic strategies for managing spontaneous intracranial hemorrhage (ICH) in the context of antiplatelet therapy
3. Summarize current clinical practice guidelines for platelet transfusion in the operative and non-operative management of antiplatelet associated ICH
